What this site is

Arcade ZIP is a directory of free games that run in a web browser. We catalogue the games, write the listings and host the artwork. The games themselves are made by other developers and are loaded from their own servers when you press play.

Who owns the games

Each game, along with its name, artwork and code, belongs to its developer or publisher. We claim no ownership over them. If you are a rights holder and want a game removed from the catalogue, contact us and we will take it down.

The site design, layout, written listings and the Arcade ZIP name and logo belong to us. Please do not copy the site wholesale, scrape the catalogue or pass off our work as your own.

Using the site

When using Arcade ZIP, please do not:

• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Scrape the catalogue or republish it as your own directory.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other visitors.

Availability and third-party content

The site is provided as is and free of charge. Games are hosted elsewhere, which means one can disappear, break or change without warning and there is nothing we can do about it. We check the catalogue for dead links, but we cannot guarantee that every game works at every moment.

We are not responsible for the content, behaviour, advertising or data practices of the games and sites we link to or embed.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Arcade ZIP is provided without warranties of any kind, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any game reached through it.

Changes

We may change the site, its catalogue or these terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date at the top and take effect immediately. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting it.
